After hearing much behind the scenes chatter as well as on the record statements last year on a forthcoming Securities and Exchange crackdown on industry practices – at the time considered to be part of a larger move under the Obama administration to address Wall Street before leaving office – that crackdown appears to be taking shape officially, a topic we have been following in ValueWalk.
